Fees are usually 33 1/3% of a settlement; however, if a law suit is filed, they usually are 40%.

In automobile cases there is also PIP insurance; medical payments insurance and uninsured motorist coverage. Each of these insurances pay for a different aspect of your case.

How long my case will take?

This depends on the facts of your case. The average case is resolved anywhere from 6 to 12 months. If a lawsuit is filed, cases usually take 1-2 years.

How much is my case worth?

The value of your case depends on who was at fault, and the amount of your damages including:

Pain and suffering
